Tara Strong was born on 12th Febuary, 1973 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

She is a Canadian voice actress. She is considered to be one of the most sought-after voice actresses in american television animation today.

Tara Strong began her acting career in Toronto, when at the age of twelve; she performed at the Toronto Yiddish Theater.

Tara Strong has played Dil Pickles on Rugrats (1991) and All Grown Up! (2003), Bubbles on Cartoon Network's The Powerpuff Girls, and Batgirl on Gotham Girls. She also voices Seem the monk and Keira in Jak 3.

She has been married to Craig Strong since 14th May, 2000. They have two sons.
